Buying Cheap or Buying Expensive?

When we buying things, we always like to be able to buy with the best price. We also asked for discounts if possible. Somehow, this is not happening in Malaysia. Every year, when the PAC report were released, we can see so much taxpayer's fund were wasted by paying for things with inflated price or worst things that useless.

It has been our culture to be prudent when spending but this not happening to our public SERVANTS. Worst still, not action were taken against these culprits.


And you know what! People who managed to negotiate for discounts are not being investigated???


I think something has to be done to SAVE MALAYSIA!
