Where has the Ransom money gone to?

There has been many version of where the money gone to in the 4-Sarawakian sailor case.

As a country or authority, there is always a saying that there will be no negotiation with terrorist but  whether it actually is there case it depends on the circumstances.

The issue now is why are there so many version of explanations? Who are the parties involved and who actually know.
